About Hilde
She has been involved with fitness from the age of four! Her parents took her to ballet classes at that age. Ever since she has been active and thinking about healthy ways. Since her ballet she has moved through different sports, ending up in dancing and fitness.
She loves imparting what she knows and helping people achieve their best bodies, and healthiest mindsets yet. She believes highly in structure. In fact, based on her professional experience over the years, this is one of the “secrets” to losing weight. An excellent recipe calls for detailed steps!
Hilde’s Fitness Philosophy
FIT is having the best body and healthiest mindset you can possibly have. It’s about being HAPPY in mind, body, and spirit. You have one body… one life… uplift it.
The great thing about being ‘fit’ is that even though your original motivation may be a purely physical goal (e.g. walk far without losing breath, lose the muffin top, fit into skinny jeans, etc.), it triggers a general positive effect in ALL the aspects of your life.
All of a sudden… you sleep better and don’t snore anymore; you have lots of energy; you’re less stressed; you think clearly; you’re more confident; heck, even your ‘bedroom activities’ have improved!
So that’s my fitness philosophy. I want to help you lose the pounds, knowing that in all likelihood, it will be the key to helping you gain so much more out of life.
But… HOW?!?
I hear you. It’s easy to say… well go ahead then, lose weight! You know it’s good for you. You don’t need to be convinced about that. The hard part is KNOWING HOW to achieve it. And that’s part of my fitness philosophy too.
